Philip Neshkin
President
Philip’s history with Neshkin Construction Company began in 1946 as an apprentice carpenter. A World War II infantryman, Philip joined the family business at the end of the war at the urging of his father, Alex, who founded the company in the late 1930s.
In the ensuing decade, Philip’s duties expanded, and he became President of the company upon his father’s death in 1957.
He attended the University of Maine where he studied Mechanical Engineering, as well as Case Western Reserve University, where his academic focus was on architecture.
Philip is an active member of the Cleveland community, currently serving on the Board of Park Synagogue in Cleveland Heights, and the Board of Council Gardens in Cleveland.
Michael Neshkin
Vice President
Michael joined Neshkin Construction Company in 1968, serving in a variety of capacities over the last three decades. In his present executive position, Michael’s responsibilities include project coordination, quality control, estimating, and customer satisfaction.
Michael attended the University of Toledo, where he studied Business Administration. He remains an active participant in assorted civic and charitable organizations around Cleveland, and was named Jewish Big Brother of the Year in 1997 by the Jewish Big Brother Association of Cleveland.
In addition, Michael was honored with the HELP Foundation, Inc., Community Service Award in 2000 for his efforts to improve conditions and increase opportunities for developmentally disabled adults and children throughout Northeast Ohio.
Robert Laslo
Estimator/Project Manager
Robert joined the company in 1983 in the capacity of Field Superintendent. Currently, he serves as Estimator/Project Manager and oversees project management, estimating, budget analysis and customer service.
Prior to joining Neshkin, Robert attended Bowling Green State University, where he majored in Construction Technology.
In his free time, Robert enjoys spending time with his family, photography, golf and bird watching.
Terry Muth
Estimator/Project Manager
Terry joined the company in 1994 as Estimator/Project Manager. He oversees project management, estimating, budget analysis and customer service.
Prior to joining Neshkin, Terry served as Production Manager for three structural steel fabricators, based in Cleveland. He also worked as a Construction Laborer and Iron Worker, learning the trades as he worked his way up throughout the construction industry.
He attended Kent State University , where he studied Business Administration. He is very involved in the Boy Scouts of America, having previously served as Scout Master.
In his free time, Terry enjoys boating, snow skiing and riding his motorcycle.
Philip S. Ozan
Estimator/Project Manager
Philip re-joined Neshkin Construction after several years hiatus. His capacity is diverse and encompasses all aspects of the bidding process in addition to working well with customers and clients.
Philip attended Cuyahoga Community College for Construction Engineering Technology and Kent State University for Architecture..
Time away from the office is spent with his wife Kathy, two grandchildren and their dog “Henry”.
